Guidelines for Video Experiment
1. Each participant will be blindfolded
2. Each participant will be ear plugged
3. Each participant will use a video recording device of their choosing
4. Each participant will be lead into the room by the Experiment Lead, filing in via precession
5. Each participant should walk casually around the room, as best as possible
6. Each participant will record, using their device, while in the room
7. Each participant will stop when the Experiment Lead individually contacts each participant by putting their hand on their right shoulder
8. After the experiment the Experiment Lead will collect each video recording from each participant (either by download onto laptop or via email)
The Experiment will undergo varying durations.
The Experiment Lead will keep time.
The time duration will be withheld from the participants.
The experiment is reproducible with alternate variables of time duration, size of room and number of participants.
The recordings will be compiled together and the results will be shown.

On the date of November 22, 2011 at 6:00pm a session of this experiment was carried out.
The details are as follows:
1. There were 8 participants.
2. Each participant was given their instructions verbally. The exit procedure was instructed via demonstration.
3. The length of time for this session was 1 minute 15 seconds. (That information was kept from the participants.)
4. This session was performed in an empty room with the dimensions of 18’ by 20’.
5. Each participant had and used their own recording device. (7 devices were cellphone cameras the other was a personal Flip camcorder.)
The Results:
1. Two participants recorded unusable footage.
2. One participant held his recorder towards his face, recording his face, rather than outward.
3. Each video varied in length from 30 seconds to 1 minute 35 seconds.
4. Six videos were compiled for documentation.
